The AIRO MIPS ski helmet combines lightness, comfort and protection with distinctive style on the slopes, as well as design functionally suited to performance. Superior comfort and optimal breathability are guaranteed by an advanced push-push system that combines active and passive ventilation. Adjustable and fixed channels work together in synergy inside the helmet, promoting the expulsion of excess humidity and warmth. This innovative system ensures warm and dry interiors, offering total comfort and high performance during any sport activity. The AIRO MIPS model is equipped with the patented MIPS Brain Protection System, which significantly reduces the impact force transmitted to the brain in a collision, protecting it from any dangerous rotational accelerations of the head, one of the main causes of serious brain damage in case of a fall or impact. Optimal fit and additional comfort are ensured by the BOA® fastening system, which allows wearers to adjust the helmet’s fit with exceptional precision. The perforated earmuffs perform a double function: Thermal insulation to protect from cold and superior comfort, comfortably enveloping the ears while allowing for some light breathability, so as to prevent the area from overheating.
