THE NEW ERA OF THE MODULAR HELMET

C5 represents the new generation of modular helmets and is the result of 20,000 hours of design, 2000 helmets tested in the climate chamber and in the wind tunnel SCHUBERTH and more than 400 hours of testing on the roads of Germany.

ENDLESS EVOLUTION

The history of SCHUBERTH in the modular helmet segment, begins more than 20 years ago with CONCEPT, the first modular helmet branded SCHUBERTH. Since then SCHUBERTH has been the protagonist of an ENDLESS EVOLUTION path that has led the company to be the undisputed protagonist of the segment, marking and constantly raising the reference standards. C5 is in fact light, but at the same time safe. It has a modern and aggressive design, but at the same time elegant and elegant.

EXCEPTIONAL AERO-ACOUSTIC PERFORMANCE

Since the beginning of the history of the modular helmet marked by the CONCEPT, exceptional aeroacoustic performance has always been a distinctive element of the SCHUBERTH modular helmets. During the development of the C5, SCHUBERTH engineers dedicated over 200 hours in the company wind tunnel to defining the lines and shapes of the cap. These studies, together with a new design of the collar that ensures a perfect fit with the hood, have allowed the C5 to achieve the remarkable result of 85 Db(a) at 100 km/h on a wild bike.

NEW FRONT AIR INTAKE

SCHUBERTH C5 introduces an innovative ventilation concept through a double air intake on the chinrest, embellished with a removable and washable filter, able to ensure excellent breathing even in extreme conditions

INNOVATIVE VENTILATION SYSTEM

The innovative internal ventilation system introduced with C5 marks a new benchmark in the sector. The thermoregulation of the pilot's head now reaches unparalleled levels thanks to the combined action of a system of free channels excavated on the inner surface of the EPS and not covered by the padding, and the innovative rear spoiler that acts as a hot air extractor.

SAFETY FIRST

In SCHUBERTH security is a diktat. With C5 SCHUBERTH launches its first helmet on the market with P/J approval and compliant with the new ECE-R 22.06 regulations. This new step forward involves the introduction of a carbon fiber reinforcement in the shell made with Direct Fiber Processing technology in order to make it more resistant to impacts, but without weighing it down.

In addition, like all SCHUBERTH models, C5 is also equipped with the Anti-Roll-Off-System connected to the straps now repositioned later than the traditional housing, to ensure greater comfort in the throat area. VISOR WITH POSITION MEMORY

Introduced for the first time on the sun visor of the E1, the memory function of the position is now also included on the visor of the C5. With this function, whatever the position of the visor with the chin guard closed, it will be maintained after opening and closing the chin guard.
