This product is completely constructed from lightweight, high-grade titanium alloys. Different thicknesses in various sections ensure perfect protection and reduce overall weight – for a saving of 19.7% (0.8 kg) over the standard stock exhaust – and allow the added strength created by the design to provide enhanced resilience under the most demanding conditions. Designed to fit perfectly within the limited space on the motorcycle, it has been tailored to be as large as possible within the space available. This allows increased sound silencing to mitigate the impact on the natural environment, while also facilitating improved flow for the exhaust gases from the combustion chamber with as few restrictions as possible.

Power and torque levels are increased by an extra 0.5 kW (0.7 hp) at 12,500 rpm and 0.5 Nm at 12,000 rpm, respectively, when tested on the in-house dyno in back-to-back tests against a standard stock exhaust system. Offering an increased response through the entire rev range, the Evolution Line (Titanium) has a new profiled surface, which influences the deep, full sound, and an integrated resonance chamber for optimum performance befitting the sound of an Akrapovič exhaust, all designed to meet FIM noise limits for competition.

Finished with a specially imprinted logo on the surface, there is no sticker or engraving, but a different technique to add the logo. Developed for use on closed-course competition circuits only, it is a simple plug-and-play operation to install, with no remapping needed.
