This product is designed to be installed in combination with the Racing Line (Carbon) (S-K6R11-RC/1). It has been developed for use on race tracks with stricter noise limits (static noise level with noise insert: 96.9 dB at 7,000 rpm and static noise level without noise insert: 101.8 dB at 7,000 rpm). Constructed from high-grade stainless steel, the Track Day Link Pipe offers power and torque gains across the entire rev range above 5,000 rpm. When installed with the Racing Line (Carbon), power increased by 6.4 kW (8.7 hp) at 13,400 rpm, and torque went up by 5.9 Nm at 6,000 rpm when compared to a Kawasaki Ninja ZX-6R equipped with a standard stock system and tested on the Akrapovič dyno. A deep and sporty sound is produced, and the fitment is plug-and play, with no mandatory remapping, although this is recommended.
