DYNOJET - CARBURETOR KITS
Dynojet kits provide a simple solution to carburetor problems, increase power and improve delivery. Dynojet offers a wide range of carburetor calibration kits, for every type of application. Based on needles with a different profile than the original, and equipped with other assorted material depending on the type of bike (jets, springs, air correctors, etc.), the kits are divided into different types – or "stages".

STAGE 1 KITS
These kits are designed for bikes with original engines and airboxes. The kits include all the material and instructions needed to be fitted with the stock exhaust and filter or with a more open air filter and free exhaust. Stage 1 kits improve engine response and delivery, and increase power by approximately 5% across the entire power curve.

STAGE 2 KITS
Designed for motorcycles with a standard or slightly tuned engine with a modified airbox. The kits include all the material and instructions needed to be fitted with an exhaust and a more open air filter and free exhaust. Stage 2 kits are designed for motorcycles where it is not possible to fit individual filters directly onto the carburetors and for motorcycles on which modifications to the airbox improve engine performance. In most cases, they allow power increases of up to 8%.

STAGE 3 KITS
Designed for motorcycles with a standard or slightly tuned engine with the elimination of the airbox and the fitting of individual filters; preferably combined with a good open exhaust. They allow power increases of up to 10-15%. They can cause a less linear power delivery than the original on short-stroke, high-rev engines. They are mainly available for traditionally set-up bikes, as on bikes with more recent engines and airboxes, fitting single filters does not allow for increased power and can compromise delivery.

STAGE 7 KITS
Designed for racing use only or for special applications, such as the complete kit for V-Max. On more recent sports bikes they have been replaced in the Dynojet range by stage 1 kits with the addition of some specific advice for racing calibrations.
