Multi-Function Hub for USB Power Commander III Accessories

The Multi-Function Hub allows the Power Commander user to use new and more advanced accessories. Through different dedicated wiring, it is possible to create new channels for data input and output.

The Mapping Selector

By connecting the mappings selector, the user can choose between two different fuel/ignition mappings on the Power Commander.

This is a particularly popular feature in competitions. Another example of the usefulness of this function is the possibility, on touring bikes, to choose between a "low consumption" map for long routes at constant speed and a "performance" map.

On motorcycles equipped with NOS kit – or turbocharger - it will be possible to select a greasier map to be used in combination with the NOS system drive. In these cases, if the Power Commander is combined with an ignition module, a map with a less aggressive advance curve can also be selected.

Run On/Speed Signal

When, in addition to the Power Commander, there is an Ignition Module, variations to the fuel and ignition maps can be set based on the gear engaged or speed. Thanks to this function, the user can, for example, anticipate the ignition in low gears – favouring the start - and delay it in high gears – favouring the extension.

Boost signal

If a Power Commander is used on turbocharged engines, this function allows, for example, to automatically grease the air/gasoline mixture as the turbo pressure increases. In situations where the user can control the turbo pressure, this feature eliminates the need to perform new mappings every time the turbo pressure level is varied.

Analog Output Signal

This function allows you to activate a solenoid or a warning light based on the data received from the Power Commander. Useful for gearshift indicators, activation of NOS systems, activation of gearshifts with pneumatic operation.
