The motorcycle helmet complies with the ECE R 22.05 and DOT approval and can therefore be used both in Europe and in the United States. The O1 helmet is available in different sizes, from XS to XXL, which roughly corresponds to a head circumference of 53 to 63 cm.

High-tech security: the helmet cap
The exceptional construction of the SCHUBERTH helmets guarantees a low weight with optimal stability. Direct Fiber Processing (DFP) is a SCHUBERTH innovation.
In this process, continuous glass fibers are cut into pieces by a robot and then molded by blow molding. To make a highly resistant helmet, the preform is fired at high pressure in a heated mold with the addition of a precise amount of resin. Since the inner lining is made up of several parts, the helmet is able to offer a high resistance and at the same time guarantee greater safety.

Perfect fit
The SCHUBERT O1 model in its smallest size (XS) weighs only 1,100 g.
It comes in three different shell sizes with an innovative carbon fiber and glass matrix and adapts to different head types.
Available in nine different designs and three solid colors.

Innovative inner lining
Ergonomic ShinyTex® padding for a better ventilation of the helmet, without seams, highly functional, breathable, removable, washable and certified with ecological Tex 100.

High acoustics and aerodynamics
A silent and windproof helmet.
The shape of the O1 helmet was developed in the SCHUBERTH wind tunnel. The result meets the most modern requirements of aerodynamics and aeroacoustics.
