NERS - NOLAN EMERGENCY RELEASE SYSTEM (patent pending)

This system, whose patent is pending, allows rescue personnel to remove the cheek pads from the helmet while it is worn by the motorcyclist, simply by pulling the red tapes positioned in the front area of the pads themselves.

ROTATIONAL IMPACT TEST

X-903 ULTRA CARBON has passed, at the Newton Srl laboratory, the tests relating to rotational impacts to which the racing helmets used, among others, in MotoGP and SBK races are subjected. Newton Srl is an independent test laboratory, recognized as suitable by the Italian Ministry of Transport for the purposes of homologating helmets and visors, in accordance with the ECE / ONU 22-05 regulation.

ULTRAWIDE VISOR

The large surface of the visor, resistant to scratches (S / R - Scratch Resistant), makes it possible to have a greater view, even from the side, thus guaranteeing maximum driving comfort and increasing active safety. The visor mechanism with tilting function, whose patent is pending, allows a greater extension of the surface covered by the Pinlock® visor and reduces the risk of accidental opening / closing of the visor as well as infiltrations from it.

INTERNAL VISOR RESISTANT TO PINLOCK® FOGGING

The patented adjustment system allows you to adjust the draft of the Pinlock®, acting from the outside of the visor, without having to disassemble it. The silicone profile allows, firstly, to increase the air gap between the outside and inside, thus further reducing the risk of fogging and, secondly, to reduce the risk of scratches to the visor.

MVA - MAGNETIC VISOR ASSEMBLY (patent pending)

This system, whose patent is pending, allows an extremely rapid assembly of the visor thanks to the presence of magnets both in the visor itself and in the relative mechanism.

SUN SCREEN (VPS)

Printed in LEXANTM *, it provides S / R (scratch resistant) and F / R (fogging resistant) treatment and offers UV protection up to 400 nanometers. It can be easily disassembled for maintenance and cleaning and is adjustable in various positions.

MICROLOCK2 (patented)

It is a patented double lever retention system with micrometric adjustment. It is composed of an ergonomic opening lever in thermoplastic material and a second one, toothed and sealing, in aluminum. The toothed lever releases the micrometric strap and it is therefore possible to open the chin strap only after the opening lever has made a very wide rotation. This precaution reduces the possibility of involuntary opening.

INTERIOR COMFORT PADDING "CARBON FITTING RACING EXPERIENCE" WITH INNOVATIVE NET CONSTRUCTION

The internal comfort padding is made with active carbon filaments, a thermoregulatory, antistatic and dissipative element. The cap, with an innovative mesh construction, facilitates the diffusion of air in the upper part of the head which, in this way, is kept cool and dry. The internal padding also consists of side cheek pads and lining strips, all completely removable and washable.

LPC - LINER POSITIONING CONTROL (patent pending)

This system, whose patent is pending, allows you to adjust the position of the cap which, for the same size of the helmet, allows you to change the attitude of the helmet on the head, adapting it to different needs and anatomical conformations.

EYEWEAR ADAPTIVE

System designed for the comfort of those who wear glasses. Quickly and easily, it allows you to create a space in the pillow for the temples of the glasses. It is reversible, as it is possible to return the cheek pads to their initial configuration. To further facilitate washing, the cheek pads are equipped with internal foam padding that can be extracted from the fabric lining.

N-COM SET-UP

The helmet is set up and approved with the N-Com communication system installed. The helmet preparation system, as well as the N-Com product compatible with this, have been designed with the aim of facilitating the assembly operations of the system itself in the helmet.
